Questions worth asking
Will it stay on all night?
Once you set the two velcro straps to your head size, it holds through normal movement — including side sleeping. Most people adjust it once on the first night and never touch it again. If it slides, it's usually a sign the chin strap is one notch too loose.
Is it uncomfortable to sleep in?
The first night feels noticeable — that's normal for anything new on your face. Most people stop registering it by night three. The neoprene is soft and breathable, so it shouldn't press or overheat.
Will it work if I breathe through my mouth out of habit?
It's designed for exactly that. By supporting your jaw closed, it encourages air through your nose instead. But if your nose is blocked — from a cold, allergies, or a deviated septum — it won't help much. Clear nasal breathing is what makes it work.
What size do I need?
One size. Both straps adjust, so it fits most adult head sizes without any measuring beforehand.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, or machine wash in a laundry bag. Air dry — don't put it in the dryer, as heat damages neoprene over time.
Can I use it if I have sleep apnea?
Talk to your doctor first. Sleep apnea is a medical condition that needs proper diagnosis and treatment, and this strap isn't a substitute for that. If you've been prescribed CPAP or another treatment, keep using it.
